Hello and Welcome to Gay Pride UK.

This organisation exists both as a UK Guide to Pride (so feel free to browse the site and find out information on a Gay Pride event near you) and also as a supporter of Pride. We have many interesting projects under way that will make pride a safer, more inclusive environment for us all.

We believe that Pride is important for everyone. There are over 70 events across the country involving over 1,300,000 people with the sole purpose of raising equality & diversity across the country. Run by volunteers and funded by donations from charities, public bodies and community donations, UK Gay Pride is an important part of the LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Trans) Community.

"You do not have to be gay to be proud, but you SHOULD be proud to be gay!!!!!"

We have LGBT charity and support group listings covering the entire country, both nationally and regionally and a 'somewhat brief' history of LGBT Pride. There are definitions, blogs, a free e-newsletter and lots more for you to use here at Gay Pride UK.

If you would like to contact us please feel free, we are here to help and understand that although all of us should be Proud, to have Pride is not always easy. We're here to help in any way that we can.
